The Space Centre at The Park Child & Family Centre is a multi-sensory soft play area and is a place of both relaxation and fun for all the family.
As soon as you walk in you will see why we are so special and why children love to play here - and the reason parents recommend us so highly. The Space Centre is an exciting, challenging, yet safe environment for children and adults of all ages and abilities, to learn, play and relax.
Our fun-filled and entertaining activities are extremely popular with all age ranges and abilities and can be booked out for family or group sessions. The Space Centre is particularly beneficial to children with special needs.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ADVANCE BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL - CALL US ON 01254 387757 TO MAKE A BOOKING - PLEASE DO NOT WALK IN WITHOUT MAKING AN ADVANCE BOOKING.
At the time of booking you will be asked to read a sign the Space Centre Terms and Conditions and to complete and sign a Space Centre Booking Form.

The Space Centre is available for private hire as follows:
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon's - please contact us to discuss what times are available.
PLEASE NOTE - WE ARE NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS - THE SPACE CENTRE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR HIRE AT WEEKENDS.
The costs for hiring are as follows:
Up to 6 people (adults and children) £20
7 to 12 people (adults and children) £30
13 to 25 people (adults and children) £40
Charges are per session. Each session lasts a maximum of one our. A 20% discount applies to users with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
PLEASE NOTE A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF THE SAME AMOUNT AS YOUR HIRE FEE WILL BE REQUESTED ON YOUR ARRIVAL (i.e. if your hire fee is £20 you will be asked to leave an additional £20 as a damage deposit). Your deposit will be returned to you in full at the end of your session once the room has been checked by a member of the team. Please note at particular times you may be asked to leave an advanced deposit.
The maximum number of people (adults and children) the Space Centre will hold at anyone time is 25.
Cameras and phones are prohibited from use in the Space Centre as is the consumption of food and drink.
Shoes should be removed whilst in the Space Centre and stored in the box provided. Socks MUST be worn by adults and children at all times.
